Baywatch Watersports

General Information

Baywatch Watersports operates on Kalamies Beach, Cyprus, offering boat rental services to the public. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to rent and operate a boat.

  • No boating license is required.

  • Valid identification (ID or passport) must be presented upon arrival.

Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online through our website or in person at our beach kiosk.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • When booking online, customers are required to provide their full name, contact phone number, and email address.    Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds

    Customer Cancellations:

  • More than 2 days (48+ hours) before the rental date: Full refund.

  • 2 days or less (within 48 hours): No refund will be given.

   Cancellations by Baywatch Watersports (e.g. due to bad weather):

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of unsafe weather conditions.

  • In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

   Late Arrivals / No Shows:

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

Safety and Responsibility

  • All renters must follow safety instructions provided by Baywatch Watersports staff.

  • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used.

  • The renter is fully responsible for the boat during the rental period.

  • Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the renter.

Weather Conditions

  • Baywatch Watersports may cancel or reschedule rentals in the event of adverse weather for your safety. No charges will apply in such cases.

Liability Waiver

  • By using our services, you accept the inherent risks of boating and water activities.

  • Baywatch Watersports is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages unless directly caused by our negligence.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect your name, phone number, and email address for booking purposes only.

  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

​

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
